​Description:
Lemongrass is a perennial grass. It is grown for its fragrant leaves and stalks which many use it as a flavoring. This grass grows in dense clumps and has several erect stems and slender blade-like leaves which bend towards the tips.

Growing:

  • moist well drained soil
  • moderate water
  • harvest: stem

Minced or finely sliced. To mince, smash with the back of a knife.
